Pricing options

Our pricing options is very easy to use. You set the prices according to day, season or customer discounts. All pricing will be effective in both booking system and reservation system.
All your regular guests can have their own rates. Since a small hotel can have more than 10 000 guests per year it is important that you will give them the same rate every time. If you miss this and give them the wrong price it can effect the next time they book. You don’t want your guests to go with a different hotel.

In your business you can have different users. You can easily set so only key persons can change discounts. Of course the regular staff can adjust the price of a single booking. Do you want the clients to pay bar bill when they check out? Of course it can be with the  booking. On click and you can fill in what they have bought and the sum of it all. All will be in the bill when the client check out.

Billing options
When your clients check out you can print their invoice on your printer directly from our software. The bills are accessible in your account if you want to email the invoice to the client at a later time. If your customer wants to pay by invoice by 30 days or less you can add this information on the bill.
